The Tao te Ching: “Why are the people starving?
Because their grain is being eaten up by taxes, that is why they are starving.
Why are the people rebellious? Because those above them meddle in their lives. That’s why they’re rebellious. Why do the people regard death so lightly? Because they are so involved with their own living. That’s why they regard death so lightly. In the end, the treasure of life is missed by those who hold on and gained by those who let go.” Please explain. Thank you!

When one’s mind is full of injustice, they are living solely in the physical world.
*In the spiritual world, there is no injustice for the souls are working together.
In the 3rd dimension, most people allow the ego to control their life.
They are secretly afraid of death or think it won’t happen for a long time.
The soul is thought to be important only after death.
God is seen as something in the heavens.
Many still have the image from childhood.
They don’t think the Divine Lord cares about the details of their life.
The treasure of life is missed because people look outside for pleasure and happiness, thinking the sole purpose in life is to feel good physically and mentally.
There is a rush of happiness when your team wins but if the team loses, the emotions are depressed.
The person has given control of their feelings to others.
*The true treasure is within and that is the piece of God that came with the human.
Here is where one finds the river of joy that is flowing.
This current lasts for eternity.
Most confuse joy with happiness.
Happiness is fleeting.
*When one finds their joy outside, circumstances can affect their joy.
The real joy is connecting with the Source of All Life on a personal level, where an intimate relationship is formed.
One doesn’t need anything else to feel complete.
A person lets go of the need to micromanage their life and let go, trusting the Source of your life will hold you securely in God’s heart.
*Most people don’t have time for their soul or God.
*It only takes a minute to plug-in.

A socket allows one to plug into electricity that is flowing through the walls.
Think of the whole body as a socket and the current of God’s joy as everywhere in the body.
It is so easy.
The key is in the heart.
You just have to trust yourself.
There is always help.
The barrier can just be a misunderstanding.
Allow us to help clear up the confusion.
Believe.
That’s all it takes.
