Jesus and Original Sin

Jesus and Original Sin

Dear Wisdom,

Please give us a better understanding of this Man who became the Anointed One, or Jesus the Christ. Please teach us of Jesus and original sin. We are told throughout the Bible that humans are sinners: therefore, just as sin came into the world through one man, and death through sin, and so death spread to all men because all sinned”. Romans 5:12

Catholics believe that original sin is washed away in the water ritual of Baptism. Others believe that original sin is with humans throughout their lives. Some believe that Jesus was born clean, without original sin, nor did he commit any sins or errors in thinking.

What is sin? Is it anything pleasurable, as the Puritans thought? Is it an error in thinking? What is original sin? Are we all born with it? Is our ego the original sin that we battle throughout our lives? Did Jesus battle His ego when He spent time in the desert alone? Thank YOU!

Care to comment, Wisdom?

Answer

*Original sin is that man believes they are not part of God, that God is separate.

This error in thinking is the start of the soul’s learning.

*As long as one believes they are not of God, they spend the life seeking to fill the void.

Usually, this loss tries to use fame, wealth or whatever the ego uses to make the human feel incomplete.

*The illusion is the sense of being incomplete.

When the human is totally complete, the soul is the creation of unconditional love.

God’s essence is unconditional love and from this vibration, the souls were expressed.

The human spends their life searching for what they have already.

Jesus spent His life teaching about God’s love and how it differed from human love.

He went into the desert to master the fear ego plants in one’s conscious mind.

The belief in separation from God’s love and approval is the original sin that ego encourages.

Baptism is a symbolic ritual that is stating that one is of God.

The use of water is the symbol of washing away the illusion of this separation from the Creator.

A person can reaffirm this action throughout their life, for the ego will have the person doubt this truth.

You are loved, unconditionally, by God.

This is one’s reality of life.

Thank you so much, Wisdom, with joy.
