Trust in the Lord

wisdom inspirations

Dear Wisdom,

Please help us to extract the maximum benefits from the book of Proverbs in the Old Testament.

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight”. Proverbs 3:5

To trust in the Lord is difficult when we see apparent chaos all around us. The good suffer. The bad seem to prosper. Our lives often follow a course that we would not have taken. What does “ make your paths straight” mean? It certainly does not always mean easy. How can we trust in the Lord? Thank YOU!

Answer

This is understanding for both the soul and the human.

The ego thinks it is smarter than God.

Many times, man thinks he has a better understanding of his life then the Divine Lord.

Has he thought about the soul’s choice?

Most humans are looking for immediate gratification and the easiest way to get rich.

The soul’s way is not focusing on the fastest way to gather riches with minimal work like the human.

That path leads one only further away from the goal.

*When a person chooses to follow God rather than their own desires, the ego needs to be trained.

Listening to the Lord has one controlling the inner chatter and the need to prove how right the person’s path is the correct direction.

Why does one want to argue with God?

When the human thinks they are right, was the soul involved in their decision?

*If one chooses God’s path to follow, it won’t be the easiest, but it will be the best direction for the spirit.

Thank you so much, Wisdom, with love.

You are welcome, our little “rock”.

A rock is more solid than sand.

Rocks can be used to build many structures.

They can be the foundation for walls and other structures.

Let your faith in God be as strong as a rock.

When one uses sand to build beliefs, there is no strength as the understanding expands.

Have the core belief as solid as a rock.

Then the foundation is strong enough to withstand the challenges of life.
