Please help us to better understand the only prayer that Jesus taught in His short ministry, The Our Father:
Give us this day our daily bread. Matthew 3:11
What is meant by “bread”? How can we ask God to provide for our wellness and wealth? Thank YOU!

“Give us this day our daily bread” is both a physical and spiritual request.
Physically, one needs to feed the body for life.
It is asking God for help in making the right decisions.
In many parts of the world, working for money or bargaining for food will result in how one puts food on the table.
The prayer is asking for right decisions in choosing how to live one’s life to feed the body.
Spiritually, it is asking for nourishment for the soul.
*Every day one needs to feed the soul.
We ask God to be part of our life.
One realizes how much better life flows when they ask God to be a part of it.
Start the day off by requesting God to be part of every aspect of one’s life.
*When one grounds self each day in the soil of God’s love, they start thriving spiritually.

When fermenting cabbage, some countries live off the fermented food.
It is wise not to continuously look inside to see how the process is going.
One believes they did the steps for making the product correctly and let the natural process continue on.
People have a tendency to want to micromanage life instead of letting God take over.
When one trusts in God, they stop worrying about every detail.
Work with God as a helper, not one who wants to oversee the project.
One becomes free to live in the energy of joy.
